Tim, Tressa and their two sons have outgrown their tiny ranch house in every way. With teen years fast approaching the boys need their own space and for Tressa, grading papers in the dining room is no longer on the menu. Lex and Trey renovate the Bilbo family's 1970's ranch so Alana can sell it and help the family find the bigger home they need.
